Cancellation Policy
At Earth Mother & Me, each session is prepared with care and intention. To honour your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra cost. Missed appointments or reschedules requested with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated and will be considered a cancellation. I understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Please contact me directly if you are experiencing an emergency, and I’ll do my best to find a compassionate solution. All digital items (such as guides, meditations, or digital readings) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their instant-access nature.
